Antony was very communicative, honest, passionate and showed great confidence when it came to selling my property. He worked with me to make sure my wishes were met, kept me in the loop at all stages and answered all my silly questions. He was courteous to our tenants and even though I was interstate made sure I was part of the action and excitement. I would highly recommend. With his hardwork, he was able to exceed everyone (even his) expectation on the sale price.

One example of this is he placed a Kit Kat in my mailbox with a little note saying if I need a break from my current agent as it's been on the market for awhile. During the marketing phase, open homes and throughout Auction, Antony always on top of things. He sent me updates on what's going on. I was so happy to dealt with Antony. He's not only good with what he's doing. He actually understands how important this home to me. He took care of it the way I would , example requesting the potential buyers to take off their shoes whilst in the house, turn off the aircon / lock the sliding doors / shut the windows / turn on the security alarm once he finished with the open home.
